When you visit this website your IP address, browser and version, operating system and the site you came from are stored in a log file. Log files do not contain any personal information. The information that is gathered is used for statistical purposes only, to help us improve the site.

If you opt to receive further information about the South West Coast Path and other National Trails by ticking the relevant box and providing contact details, these details will be stored and used for these purposes only. This information will be shared with the Countryside Agency (or the relevant successor organisation responsible for National Trails) and will be stored in a secure environment. It will not be passed on to any other third party. The information will be retained for the purpose described for 5 years –at the end of which time it will be destroyed in a secure manner.
